Supported browsers
The AV.Park web app has been designed and tested so that it can be used with different browsers:
The web app is supported by the following browser types:
•Google Chrome
•IE Edge Chromium
•Firefox
Make sure that at least one browser type is installed on your machine, which can be found in the list above. If you do not have local installation rights, please contact your system administrator. The above browser list is not exhaustive.
Login-Data
To use the web app, each user needs a unique, stored user account. When logging into the system, the user to be logged in must enter his or her user name (e-mail address) and password. During the authentication phase, the login data entered are compared with those of the user account in the application database. Only if authentication is successful will the user be given access to the web app.
If for some reason you can no longer remember your password, it can be reset using the corresponding function..
Web-App-URL
To use the web app, its URL must be entered in the browser. Please enter as URL: https://web.avpark.ch.
