Introduction:
Device interactions describes the possibility to control devices connected to a parker (be it a bollard, a garage door or a barrier) from the web app as well as from the mobile app. This means that it is not always necessary to wait for an SMS or other interaction for a bollard to lower, for example. If a bollard is connected to a device (or several), it can be controlled at the touch of a button.

In the web app, all of a client's units can be controlled at the touch of a button. If necessary, the devices can be filtered according to zones.
All the necessary information is visible, such as the zone in which a device is located, the name of the device itself, the type of device, what brand it is and what the status is (whether open, closed, up, down, etc.). The green buttons under Interactions can be pressed to interact with the respective devices. The type of interactions can be stored in the system.
