Master data administration includes all processes or functionalities related to the administration of master data of the AV.Park solution. Master data management is an important activity that is the responsibility of the employee who has been assigned the role of the Customer Administrator. He is responsible for data management and has all administrative rights at the web application level.
The administration can be processed in two different representations, each containing the same information:
On the one hand, the administration can be displayed zone-based, according to geographical location. This means that the display starts with one location, below that all the parking houses with all their zones at the respective location are subordinated, and so on.
Each zone automatically has a "Devices" subfolder as soon as it is not a pure grouping element. A zone with devices cannot be made a grouping element until it no longer has any devices of its own. A grouping zone describes a zone that is subdivided into further zones. All further details are therefore configured in the subordinate zones.
This view is mainly used to get an overview of the parking subscriptions. In contrast to the zone-based view, it is not sorted directly by zones, but by locations with the associated subscriptions. If the element of another subtree to be selected is not visible, the lowest visible part of the subtree is selected instead of the element. So it is visible at a glance where the same subscriptions/ tariff is used. If a tariff/subscription has not yet been used, it can be moved as desired using drag & drop.
Depending on the selection type in the tree, the corresponding details are displayed. All entries can be edited directly by selecting the object. Entries can be added or removed at any time directly via the respective button above the overview.
